Banded Agate Healing Gua Sha
Soothe Nervous System Harmony Lymphatic Flow
If your nervous system has been doing the most, this one is for you. Our Banded Agate Healing Gua Sha is a cooling, grounding tool designed to melt tension in the neck, jaw, and chest—areas that directly affect how regulated you feel. Banded Agate is known for its stabilizing, harmonizing energy, often used to support calm focus and emotional balance. One slow ritual a day can help your body remember what “safe” feels like.
About this piece
Banded Agate is the definition of steady. With its natural layers and grounding presence, it’s traditionally associated with balance, protection, and emotional stabilization—like a deep exhale you can hold in your hand. We love it for nervous system work because it supports regulation without forcing: calm, cool, and consistent.
This Healing Gua Sha is carved in a multi-curve shape to meet your body where stress lives. The long edge is made for broad, downward strokes along the neck and gentle sweeps across the chest—perfect for lymphatic support and a “settling” signal to the body. The rounded curves naturally fit the jaw and cheek, helping release facial holding patterns that build from concentration, anxiety, or poor sleep. The notch is ideal for tracing along the neck muscles with control, especially when you want precision without pressure. And the smaller tip can be used around the ear line and along tight, tiny zones for targeted relief.
When we talk about “vibrational balance,” we’re describing a real felt shift: a slower internal pace, smoother breath, softer jaw, clearer mind. Used consistently, gua sha becomes a nervous system cue—rhythm + touch + breath—supporting vagal tone and helping your body move out of fight-or-flight and back toward calm regulation.
Keep this piece on your nightstand, vanity, or desk. It’s not just skincare. It’s a regulation ritual.
How to use it
- Apply a face oil or balm first (never use on dry skin).
- Neck reset: start behind the ear and glide down the side of the neck to the collarbone (very light pressure), 5–10 strokes each side.
- Chest opening: sweep from the center of the chest outward toward the armpit, 5–10 strokes each side.
- Jaw release: glide from chin to ear along the jawline, slow and steady, 5–10 strokes each side.
- Keep the tool nearly flat (about 10–15°) and move slowly—think “soothing,” not “scraping.”
