How to use it
- To achieve the best results, start with a clean, moisturized face. Apply a serum or oil to reduce friction.
- Neck: Begin at your collarbone and move upwards towards your jawline. Repeat five times on each side.
- Chin to Ear: Glide the Gua Sha from the center of your chin to your ear along the jawline. Repeat five times on each side.
- Cheeks: Start where your nose meets your cheek and move the Gua Sha outwards just below the cheekbone. Repeat five times on each side.
- Eyes: Gently glide the Gua Sha under the eyes towards the temples. Use minimal pressure and repeat five times.
- Eyebrows: Move from beneath the eyebrow upwards towards the forehead. Repeat five times on each side.
- Complete one half of your face before moving to the other side to ensure thorough lymphatic drainage and circulation enhancement.
