Fluorite Worry Stone

Fluorite grounds the spirit to a motivated cause. If there’s a lot of nervous energy trapped within your energy body, you may want to concentrate and focus that energy with a fluorite worry stone. It’s an ideal self-soothing stone because it cleanses energy and focuses chaotic energy. So for hectic moments or periods of a lot of hectic energy, fluorite can help to guide that energy in a productive way, while still maintaining a playful creativity.

Fluorite’s ability to connect with the energy of its environment helps it to not only purify, but also raise the vibrations of its setting. Carrying a fluorite worry stone throughout the day helps to restore balance and bring order to any chaos. They are crystals of focus and concentration, bringing clarity of mind. It also aids in decision-making, making it the ideal crystal to have in your workspace. Because of these purifying properties, a fluorite crystal raises your energy and concentration level during meditation. It helps you to find your path and commit to action. It also alleviates chaos of the mind by organizing your thoughts, so that you can better transform them into intentions. As an amplifier, fluorite can be used in tandem with other crystals to magnify their healing properties.

About worry stones:

Worry stones are smooth, polished crystals that are usually oval-shaped and feature a thumb-sized indentation, used for relaxation or panic relief.

Worry stones have been found all over the world, going all the way back to ancient times! This method of stress relief and self-soothing is timeless and borderless.

The acupressure points in our thumbs are activated when you engage with your worry stones, allowing you a quick bit of relief from your worry, panic, or any other stressor. Tap into a grounding element from the earth and the crystal’s corresponding healing energies and take on anything and everything that comes your way.
