How to use it
- Burning incense is one of the best ways to purify your space and raise your vibration before meditation or ritual. The sacred smoke of incense clears away negativity and welcomes in an influx of positive energy. Light our Triple Protection Incense to banish unwanted energy and create a barrier against negative vibrations.
- 1. Place a charcoal disc in a heatproof dish or incense burner and hold a lighter to it until it begins to spark. You can also light it over a lit gas stove or fireplace using tongs.
- 2. Add a pinch of Triple Protection Incense to the top of the charcoal disc, keeping in mind your intentions to keep out negativity and heavy energy.
- 3. If you can, carry the lit incense around your home, letting its fragrant smoke waft into your living room, bedroom, or any other areas of the house where stuck energy collects.
- 4. Continue to add incense to the disc until it completely burns out — it could last up to 20 minutes.
- 5. Repeat this process daily until your incense runs out, powerfully clearing out negative energy and protecting your home from low vibrations.
