"Beautiful!"
The beautiful earthy green color of an Epidote stone relates to the heart chakra. Working with it for heart chakra healing purifies your emotions, releasing them into the Earth for transmutation. Epidote stones are particularly powerful to work with when you have difficulty trusting others. This stone helps you release old fears and begin the emotional healing process so you can restore your faith in others and learn to trust again.
The Epidote stone meaning encourages the energy of giving and receiving, so it forces you to change how you interact with the world around you to receive what you'd like in return. It is a crystal that returns to you what you give out to the universe. Program your Epidote stone to attract whatever you wish and it will help to bring it into your life. If you want to receive more love, you must give love. If you want to have trustworthy people in your life, you must be trustworthy. On the other hand, if you are constantly putting negative thoughts, words and actions into the universe it will be returned to you. But the epidote meaning is not to make you miserable, but rather allow you to see how your own mind and actions influence the way the world interacts with you. When you realize how your negative energy is coming back to you, you'll be more likely to make a conscious change to give positive energy into the universe. This makes it a useful crystal for breaking negative self-talk and other destructive emotional patterns. Epidote can help anyone who feels stuck have an emotional breakthrough.
No matter your emotional history, an Epidote stone encourages you to move forward in your life with a positive and healthy mindset. When you put out good energy, it not only improves your relationships with others, but it also improves your relationship with yourself. Heal your heart, open your heart, and embody the energy you wish to attract -- that is the meaning of Epidote.
