Not worth the price

"The clasp is way too small and the bracelet is very "stiff", which makes it especially difficult - nearly impossible, actually - to fasten it with that tiny clasp. After a long struggle, once it's finally on your wrist, it's quite uncomfortable to wear, because the stones are jagged, with sharp edges, as well as the aforementioned stiffness. The second time I managed to get it on my wrist (after much struggle), that tiny little clasp just... BROKE OFF! And, I was denied a return (no idea why???), so now I'm stuck with something I don't like that I paid over $100 for. Needless to say, you lost a customer; I will not be ordering anything else from your store ever again."
