For many of us, this time period can feel quite heavy. But rather than letting the heaviness weigh you down, we’re using the month of April to help you take advantage of this challenging time and use it to propel your personal growth.
There’s not a lot we can control right now, but there is one thing we can always control: our inner environment. Last month, we shared tips for keeping your space vibrating at its highest with Selenite and Black Tourmaline. This month, it’s time to turn your focus to yourself and your own energy.
Not only is this a crucial time to release the energies that do not serve you, but it’s also the perfect time to do so. With extra time on your hands and a lot of quality time with yourself, it’s the ideal time to confront the beliefs, patterns and behaviors that hold us back. It’s not surprising that this difficult time period may be bringing up some darker energies and shadows –– but these are all lessons and chances to grow in disguise.
Think of this indefinite time period as an opportunity to do the deeper work on yourself that you’ve never had time or been able to do before. Rather than letting the heavy, dark energy build up inside, this is the time to get spiritually and mentally strong.
Although it may be the last thing on your mind (or your to-do list), keeping up with your spiritual practice can help you stay connected to your highest purpose and align your mind, body, and spirit with a higher frequency. That’s why over the next month, we’ll be sharing tips, tricks and daily practices to support your physical, emotional, and mental well-being so you can emerge from this period ready to take on the world and manifest your dreams like never before. With the help of a spiritual schedule, you’ll come out stronger and more powerful on the other side of it all.
We’re excited to share new tools and techniques throughout the next four weeks, and we’ve even created a Downloadable Spiritual Schedule Planner to help you keep track of your practices! Use this free downloadable worksheet to create your very own spiritual schedule using the practices we’ll be sharing over the next 30 days.

How to use Your Spiritual Schedule Planner:
Weekly
At the beginning of each week (either on Sunday evening or Monday morning, depending on your preference), fill out the left hand side of the “Weekly Spiritual Schedule” worksheet. Think of three separate intentions that will serve you this week –– you can come up with new ones, or carry over ones from previous weeks that could use a little extra time and dedication. Make sure to check in on your Spiritual Schedule throughout the week to remind yourself of your goals and intentions.
At the end of the week, on Sunday, fill out the right hand side of the “Weekly Spiritual Schedule” worksheet. Reflect on the past week, picking out some highlights and behaviors that served you, and maybe some lessons or challenges you faced that brought to light behaviors that do not serve you. Use this time to find gratitude for the highs, and learn how to make the most out of any lows.
Daily
Before you start your day, take a few minutes to fill out your “Daily Spiritual Schedule” worksheet. Start with the left side of the worksheet. Decide on a morning practice, a mid-day check in, and a nighttime practice that can help you with a specific situation or goal. For example, if you know you’re going to be extremely busy that day, maybe your daily practices help you slow down and take a moment to pause!
Then, move toward the right side of the worksheet. Here, you can decide on what your intention is for the day, and what crystal (or crystals!) you want to use that day to support your intention. You can take it one step further by deciding on a daily action item –– something you can do that day to support your intention. This could be going on a walk, giving yourself an hour of screen-free time with your family, calling a friend, or something else action-oriented that will help you feel your best that day. If you have any other ideas, reminders, or intentions you want to include for the day, use the “notes” section to write these in! And now you are ready for your day to begin. Make sure to check in on your Spiritual Schedule throughout the day to stay aligned and focused on your intention!
