I've been participating in the subscription box since it started. Im always pleased with the what's curated. I'm increasingly frustrated with the delivery time. This time I was charged on November 22nd and I still haven't received the subscription box, it's December 28th. That's a unacceptable turn around l. I did receive notification that the quarterly subscription has shipped and will arrive on December 29th.

I’ve never been so upset and let down my any one in my life. I sent so much money. Colette Baron -Reid referred me to Heather’s store. My dad had just died and I needed an outlet. Granted at the time I knew nothing about crystals. There were so many stones with bubbles a lot that were too perfect (glass) note my jewelry beads are pealing. They use yellow elastic on the bracelets and say that they’re citrine. My single tiny “citrine “ On a thread necklace is white! There is no such thing! Do your homework! I tried emailing and messaging. No one got back to me. I even bought her books! She made me feel like a fool
