Buyer beware!

"Not what they used to be! As a long time customer, I purchased a lot of the coin jewelry which they no longer sell. As tthe coin jewelry ages it will need a restringing, which Energy Muse used to do. Then they stopped providing this valuable service & referred a jeweler in New York to do your restringing, who now longer is recommended by Energy Muse. When I discussed this problem with Energy Muse, they told me to find some on my y5vzca Zown! They simply stopped providing a required restring service for the thousands of customers who relied upon them. This lack of customer service and support convinced me to no longer trust them or buy anything from them! Buyer beware! Shop elsewhere!"

"Me and my wife have been supporting Energy Muse for over 10 years when they offered their beautiful coin jewelry, however, they have gone down hill drastically from what they use to be. Now they no longer offer their trademark coin jewelry, materials sourced are cheap and their customer service is horrible. My wife reached out to get her necklace resized and she was told to find a jeweler as they do not do adjustments even when we offered to pay for their work and time. Sadly we will no longer purchase nor recommend Energy Muse any longer."
