We want you to be 100% satisfied with your crystal energy! We offer returns for our bracelets, necklaces and crystals (unless specified in Stone Details on the product page or purchased during a sale/promotion) within 14 days of the date your package was delivered. The merchandise must be shipped back to us within that 14-day window. Shipping charges are not refundable. All earrings, bath and body products, sprays and mists, candles and clearing tools (sage sticks, incense cones and sticks and resins) are final sale and not eligible for return. Orders of $200+ will incur a 10% restocking fee. All Sale Items and items marked 'final sale' cannot be returned or exchanged.
Due to the limited inventory and rarity of many of the crystals, select crystals will be final sale (it will be specified at the bottom of the description on the product page). If there is a problem with your item, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to correct it in a timely manner. Happy customers makes for happy crystals!
Request an RMA by emailing us at info@energymuse.com and provide us with either your order Confirmation Number (for orders placed online) and which item(s) you wish to return. The merchandise does not have to be physically received back at the Energy Muse Jewelry headquarters within two weeks, but it does have to be in the possession of the shipper (along with the valid RMA).
We recommended that you send the merchandise back in a padded envelope and that you insure the package. If the merchandise is lost or stolen in the mail, it is not the responsibility of Energy Muse Jewelry to replace it.

Energy Muse offers a jewelry warranty of 90-days. If your jewelry breaks within 90 days of purchase, Energy Muse will honor a one-time replacement of that piece (or one of equivalent value if the item is out of stock) due to a production defect. Please email a photo of your piece to info@energymuse.com within that time period. Then, we will send you an entirely new piece. Please note that it may take 7-10 business days for your replacement piece to ship out.
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately. All damages must be reported to our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your product.
Once we receive your return, and it has been processed, we will refund your original method of purchase. Please note, returns do take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility to process - they are logged into our system every Thursday. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.
