"Dazzling crystal love it love it what enetgy"
If you’ve ever been in the midst of worry spiral when someone told you to calm down, you know how utterly useless that sentiment is. For an effective method of reducing worry that won’t add frustration to the mix, skip the novice advice of others and seek the counsel of an Apophyllite Cluster. The focus of the Apophyllite meaning is less concerned with sorting out your problems, and more concentrated on simply helping you to breathe.
As you work with Apophyllite energy—which can be as simple a practice as squeezing the stone in your hands—you begin to notice that the breath you couldn’t catch previously, flows more fluidly into the lungs. This stone takes you out of the chaos of your thoughts. When your thoughts begin to spiral into potentially negative outcomes and frantic what-ifs, your restless thoughts will often lead to short, panicked breaths. This negative energy can be shut down or dramatically lessened by connecting to the energy of apophyllite.
Because this crystal connects to the third eye and crown chakras, it has the ability to purify the mind. Used in meditation, Apophyllite energy will assist in the release of toxic overthinking and past pain.
When holding onto an Apophyllite crystal, consider what is at the root of your restless thoughts. Obviously, this is a question to work out when you are not currently in the midst of a worry spiral, and should be focusing on breathing alone. However, it’s beneficial to use apophyllite as a tool, even when not particularly disquieted, because it lends a sense of clarity to your mindset.
As a stone of truth, Apophyllite will take you to down a path of introspection that avoids detrimental thinking while ushering in helpful realizations. Sometimes the greatest realization that we can gain is that we were creating a problem in our mind that didn’t exist yet in reality. If you are prone to over complicating issues, Apophyllite to hit the reset button on your thoughts and worry.
When stress and runaway thinking bubble up, it’s important not let your emotions boil over. Before you reach your boiling point, reach for an apophyllite cluster.
