To make things as easy as possible, we’ve designed this worksheet notepad that will guide you towards tracking your progress over the course of the year. How to use it
- Once you program or set your intention for your Clear Quartz Crystal, it will constantly put your intention out into the Universe, even when you are not actively thinking about it. This stone is also essential during meditations. If you want to elevate the vibration of your intentions during meditation, always hold a Clear Quartz Crystal or two in your hands or keep next to your body.
