Your Practice
This simple yet effective practice can significantly influence your mindset and actions, propelling you closer to your goals with each passing day.
- Choose one significant word or goal that encapsulates your aspirations for 2024. Don’t limit yourself here: go big!
- Write down your chosen word 55 times for 5 consecutive days. Putting pen to paper activates your subconscious in a unique way, so make sure you dedicate time each day to write it out. Writing in red ink can intensify its activation.
- Choose a crystal from your collection (or see our suggestions below) that resonates with your chosen word. Think of it as a seed representing your intention.
- Place the crystal in a Selenite Bowl and position it in a highly visible place where you'll encounter it frequently. This visual cue will serve as a constant reminder of your goal and reinforce it.
- For even more reinforcement, and to keep your intention in mind while on the go, wear a bracelet made from the crystal you've chosen. Let it be a physical representation of your aspirations, allowing it to strengthen your intention throughout the year.
- As you wear the bracelet, use it as a mnemonic device. With each bead, mentally affirm your chosen word, reprogramming your subconscious mind, even during your busiest moments.
