Exclusively designed by Energy Muse’s co-founder Heather Askinosie, the number of stones, the type of stones, and even the sequences used in The Earth Bracelet were all deliberately selected by Heather in order to amplify the crystals’ healing energies. There are 5 stones, all of which work synergistically, just like the natural elements, reminding you that we need the Earth – the Earth doesn't need us! It is our duty to care for, honor, connect with and improve the Earth every single day, not just on Earth Day.
- Apatite inspires you to take action every day to improve the Earth and focus on creating, not destroying.
- Sodalite, along with Apatite, represents the ocean and reminds you to live in harmony with Mother Earth.
- Snakeskin Jasper is not only grounding, but also symbolizes the Earth’s always-changing state and its resiliency.
- Aventurine symbolizes the miracle of the plant world and how it represents the “lungs” of the Earth to purify its energy.
- The Selenite on each end represents ever-moving cleansing energy and charges the energies of all the stones.

How to use it
- Cleanse it first. You can energetically cleanse your jewelry by placing it on Selenite or a frequency generator daily. This practice ensures your jewelry emits the right energy.
- Set your intention. Hold it and name what it is for. That is the whole practice; the object is the reminder.
- Wear it where you will see it. The point is the reminder, not the object.

Care
- Clear it with smoke, with sound, or simply by holding it and restating what it is for. All three are safe for every mineral.
- When you are unsure about water, don't — a dry cloth is never the wrong answer.
- Elastic is happier slightly loose than slightly stretched. Take it off before water, sleep and the gym.
Energy Muse began with two best friends who met at age six. Heather Askinosie brought her deep study of crystals, energy, and holistic traditions.
