It’s Day 7 of our Intentional Gifting Series! Today marks the last Full Moon of 2022, making it the perfect day to talk about how to clear your mind.
A Full Moon is a magnifier. An amplifier. So ask yourself, where is your energy at right now? If you’ve ever felt emotional around the time of the full moon, that’s likely the reason why. It amplifies your internal environment, which is why it’s so important to make sure your energy — and mind — is clean and clear as the full moon arrives.
It’s the perfect time to cleanse your space, body and mind and remove or let go of any built-up energy you no longer want to hold onto.
With the last full moon of the year coming up on the night of December 7th, now is the time to release whatever unwanted emotions have come up for you over the past month. The full moon, when the moon is at its brightest, represents the closing of a chapter, and this one, especially, as it’s closing out the chapter that is 2022.
