The summer solstice is coming up on Saturday, June 20th, which also happens to be a new moon. This energetically powerful day is the perfect time to plant new seeds and create new possibilities for yourself. Our Summer Solstice Crystal Practice, designed with the new moon in mind, is just what you need to harness the energy of this transitionary period.
For this practice, you’ll need: 3 Clear Quartz Crystals. You can use tumbled stones, touchstones, points or any other Clear Quartz crystal shapes you have!
- Hold all three crystals in your hands and get crystal clear on three fresh starts you want to create for yourself. They could be new goals, new belief systems, or new action items.
- Then, one at a time, hold each of the Clear Quartz crystals in your hand and program each with one of your three intentions. Say aloud or in your head, “I program this stone for a fresh start in ____.”
- After all three crystals have been programmed, place each one in a different spot in your home. Try to align the place you put your crystal with your intention (for example, if your intention is related to finances, place it near your desk or workspace). If you have a houseplant, the soil is a great spot to place your crystal. Keep your crystals in that spot until the next new moon to allow your intentions to grow.
