Shipping
We have made the difficult decision to discontinue all international and expedited shipping options at this time. Only USPS ground shipping will be available for domestic orders. Because of this temporary inconvenience, we will be waiving shipping charges on domestic orders. Yes! This means FREE shipping - no minimum purchase required. We hope that this will help make healing crystals and other tools accessible during this time.
To our international community, while we are temporarily unable to ship to you, we are still here to support you via our blog, social channels and email with new practices and ways to use the crystals you already have.
Returns & Exchanges
To ensure the health and safety of our team, we will not be accepting packages of any kind during this time. Therefore, we are extending our return policy and suspending the 21-day exchange/return limit. If you have an exchange/return, please let us know at info@energymuse.com and we will contact you when we resume accepting packages.
