One of our newest energy hacks is pairing our crystal body scrubs with our new crystal jewelry collection and we want to share this powerful new practice with you.

Not only is this an amazing daily practice, but it’s even more powerful to right now during the waning period of the moon and before the next new moon. This is the perfect time to scrub away whatever is holding you back, and step into the energy you want to embody. Here’s how to do it:

Step 1: Scrub

Scrub a handful of your Crystal Body Scrub of choice onto your skin in the bath or shower, or standing over the sink, to release any stagnant energy or energy that no longer serves you. Make sure to scrub your chest, as well as your hands and forearms all the way up to your elbow, since this is where you accumulate most of the energy on a daily basis.

Step 2: Rinse & Visualize
