We talk a lot about how important it is to just stop, be still and take a breath when you feel like your day – or your mind - is spinning out of control. Amidst all the turmoil and unknowns, it is more important than ever to incorporate a consistent daily practice of meditation to start your day off right. If breakfast is the most important meal of the day, then a morning meditation is the most important thing you can do to set the tone for your day. 

Remember, every day is a fresh start, literally a new beginning. A simple morning practice with your crystal tools will help you become focused on your intentions, and clear minded in your approach. Consistency is key! Make this part of your regular routine, like brushing your teeth. It’s your sacred time, something you do no matter where you are, or how busy the day ahead. Your Daily Morning Meditation Practice

Take a few quiet moments every morning, time all to yourself, to replenish and recharge. Connect with your heart, body and mind to become grounded and fully aligned with your intentions. • 1 tumbled stone or crystal of your choice to be your touchstone during the day to bring you back to your intention

Set your intention: With any tumbled stone or crystal of your choice, hold it in your hands and set your intention for the day - whether it’s for balance, health, abundance, creativity or any other goals.  Ask yourself, “What do I want to accomplish today? What can I create or contribute? What role can I play to make myself and others around me better? What new chapter will I write for myself?”

Create a Safe Space: Light your candle to protect against negative energy and invite in the angels. Visualize your intention, let the light of the candle and the aroma of the essential oils surround you and shield you.
