The first day of the year has always been a time of resolution-setting, goal-setting, and intention-setting. But why wait until January 1st to set your intentions for the new year? Today, we’re sharing a super simple way to design your own crystal program for 2021 so you can start the year off strong.
One of the biggest mistakes most people make when setting intentions for the new year (or really anytime of the year!) is having too many goals. Believe it or not, you can actually overdo it when it comes to intentions! Although there are probably a lot of ideas running through your head of what you want to work on our manifest in 2021, having multiple goals or intentions can actually scatter your attention.
When you choose one single intention, you are able to dedicate 100% of your energy toward achieving that goal. That’s why, as hard as it might be, we recommend that you focus on only one thing at a time, especially when it comes to new year’s resolutions!
So, let’s dive in! Here’s how to create your very own crystal program.
Designing Your Crystal Program for 2021
Step 1: Choose Your Word
Is it love? Wealth? Health? Balance? Whatever your intention is for 2021, find one word to sum it all up! Remember, even though it may be challenging to choose only one intention, doing so allows you to focus your attention and achieve your goal more efficiently than working on multiple things at once!
Step 2: Choose Your Crystals
Since 2021 offers a fresh start from the challenges of the previous year, we recommend starting this new year with a new piece of crystal jewelry and a new crystal touchstone. Choose a bracelet or necklace to work with this year, and a crystal to be your touchstone. Make sure that your choices match your word and intention that you chose in Step 1!
For example, if your word for 2021 is Health, you might choose the Health Bracelet and a Blue Apatite Touchstone.
