Wednesday, December 7th marks the last Full Moon of the year, known as the Cold Moon. The timing of this full moon adds another layer to the energetic force of it. Arriving at a time when we are all searching for ways to end the year on a high note and begin the new year as our most empowered and successful selves, this intense lunar moment offers the chance to release obstacles and manifest new possibilities in the weeks to come.
The power of a full moon comes from its ability to amplify and magnify your current state, which is why it’s important to make sure you are focusing your energy and attention on what you want to create and achieve. By raising your vibration and staying in a positive mind-set, you can harness the full moon’s energy to enhance the power of your intentions.
Your Full Moon Practice:
On the full moon, grab a piece of paper and a pen. On one side of the paper, write down something you want to manifest. What is one thing you want to bring into your life? On the flip side of the paper, write down one thing that is holding you back from achieving your goal or manifesting your intention. What is the obstacle?
Although it can be tempting to set a number of intentions, try your best to focus on one thing so you can dedicate your whole energy to that goal or intention.
Once you’ve completed this exercise, choose a crystal to match your intention - we're using a Clear Quartz Cluster - and hold it in your hands. Close your eyes and surrender your obstacle over to the moon. LET IT GO! Then, visualize the light of the full moon filling every cell of your being, and in turn magnifying your manifestation. CHARGE IT UP! Once you're finished, place it on top of the paper. Every time you want to reconnect with your intention, hold your crystal.
