To give you a glimpse into this powerful and transformative 7-day practice, here’s a breakdown of what you’ll learn each day:
Day #1: What Are You Afraid Of?
During this lesson, you’ll identify your fears and bring them to the surface so that you can begin to work through them. This lesson includes a guided visualization so you can identify where you store your fears in your body. You’ll also explore how fear is blocking or holding you back in life, and how releasing those fears can help you up-level and reach new heights.
Day #2: Breaking the Cycle
In this lesson, you’ll start to evaluate the patterns of behavior you fall into when acting out of fear. By bringing awareness to these behaviors and learning to recognize them in action, you can stop the cycle sooner.
Day #3: The Power Of Words
This lesson focuses on the impact your words and self-talk can have on your energy. When you are in a state of fear, how do you speak to yourself? How could you shift your inner dialogue to better support yourself?
Day #4: Consider Your Environment
In this lesson, you’ll begin to understand the people, places and situations can play a role in how you feel. Are there certain environments that tend to bring about fear more than others? By starting to notice any patterns or common occurrences that have contributed to fear in the past, you can approach those external environments differently going forward to minimize the chances of fear building up internally.
Day #5: Cut the Cords with Fear
The first four lessons were geared toward helping you identify and recognize the different ways fear shows up in your life. Now, it’s time to do the deeper work and begin to release those fears from your mind, body, and spirit. In this lesson, you’ll pick one prominent fear that you want to focus on for the purposes of this exercise. Then you’ll be guided through a cord-cutting technique using sage, Black Kyanite, Selenite and Clear Quartz to release that fear from your life.
Day #6: Check In
This lesson is all about checking in with yourself, and with the rest of the community. You’ll have the chance to ask questions and share your experience, as well as hear from others about their journey to overcome fear.
Day #7: Your Daily Practice
Although much of the hard work is done, it takes consistent daily effort to keep fear at bay. On the final day of the challenge, you’ll learn a simple yet powerful daily practice using Tiger’s Eye to maintain your new sense of awareness and inner strength so that if and when fear arises in your life, you have the tools to overcome it. .
